Package includes Accommodation with complimentary breakfast.
Transfers to & from our estate to Sakleshpur are not included in the tariff.
Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation made 15 or more days before check-in date will be free ( Full Refund).
Cancellation made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 40 %.
No Shows and Cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100 % charge of the booking or No Refund.
In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5 % as payment processing charges.
Any Refund will take 15 days to process
NO REFUND applicable on local van bookings.

Terms of Stay

Kindly read offer specific terms and conditions as displayed on the website for any further reference. The below terms are generic in nature and are to read in conjunction with the offer specific terms.
The hotels check-in time is 1300 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours. While every effort will be made, you will appreciate that late check-out and early check in is subject to availability and shall be at the hotels discretion. Check outs after 1400 hours are subject to a charge, as are all arrivals prior to 0800 hours, which are billed from the previous night. The charges shall be as per each hotels policy. Please check with the hotel at the time of check-in.
The room tariff mentioned above is applicable per room per night. Taxes, service charges and other levies are additional as applicable.
Guests will have to pay current applicable taxes while making a booking on the website. All other taxes & extras applicable to be paid at the time of check-out. Taxes may change as per the government guidelines.
Deposit & Cancellation policy is applicable as per the hotel policy and as per the rate plan booked.
We do not accept personal cheques. A person needs to be at least 18 years of age to check-in alone into the hotel. Children under 06 years may be accommodated in the same room at no extra cost. If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided on a chargeable basis, subject to availability and as per hotel policy. As a government mandate, guests are requested to carry a valid/official photo identity proof at the time of check-in.
